SaaS Sales Development Representative (Home-based)

compensation: Competitive base pay plus incentives/commissions. To be discussed.

A SaaS Sales Development Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be confident in talking about software products and comfortable making dozens of calls per day.

Job Responsibilities:

-Identify the most appropriate decision maker and develop new business opportunities.
-Secure key prospect information to identify qualified sales-ready leads and others to be nurtured for future opportunities.
-Qualify the prospect, establish next steps and communicate important value propositions.
-Engage senior executives in peer-level business conversations.
-Ensure all targets are met (lead generation target, daily metrics of dials, quality of the calls).

Job Requirements:

-End-to-end B2B Sales experience in a software or tech company.
-Knowledge of software processes and terminology.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, excellent time management skills
-Comfortable with significant volume of outbound activity (~400 calls per week)
-Capable and confident in communicating technical and business concepts via phone.
-Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly.

System Requirements:

-At least an i5 processor or equivalent system with at least 4GB RAM
-At least 10 MBPS main internet connection and a back-up internet connection
-Noise-canceling headset.
-Quiet, dedicated home office
