I have 3 years of experience in the BPO industry handling voice accounts, which helped me develop strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I also worked for 1 year as a Virtual Assistant for an On The Go account, where I handled ride bookings, dispatching, coordinating with drivers, and assisting customers with their transportation needs.
I'm comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and providing excellent customer support. While I don't have experience with Zendesk or Gorgias yet, I'm a quick learner and always willing to learn new tools and systems.
